Pendar Pelita Nusantara yang di supervisi langsung oleh Laboratorium dan Pusat Pelatihan Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan UNY dalam hal ini Prodi Teknologi Pendidikan. Teori yang digunakan berdasarkan hasil penelitian mendalam yang dilakukan oleh Donald O.Cliffton yang merupakan \u2018kakek\u2019 dari psikologi pendidikan serta \u2018bapak\u2019 dari mazhab Psikologi Positif melalui perusahaannya yang bernama Gallup Organization kepada 1,7 Juta manager berbagai bidang di seluruh dunia dalam kurun waktu kurang lebih 20<sup>th<\/sup>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"mso-add-space: auto;
